Stillwood Pond Retreat and Studio takes the health and safety of our guests and staff very seriously. More than ever, we are taking extra measures to ensure that we provide a safe and healthy retreat experience for you.
Here are just a few of the measures we are taking to ensure a safe place for your retreat.
Per North Carolina mandate, all guests and employees must wear masks in common areas when social distancing of 6 feet is not possible.
The proprietor will wash her hands frequently and maintain 6 feet of separation with guests.
Hand sanitizing stations are provided in multiple locations.
The number of guests present at one time for overnight retreats will be limited to 2 persons. Private retreats may be arranged.
Small groups for day retreats will be limited to 5 persons.
Surfaces in common areas will be sanitized frequently throughout your stay.
Complete and thorough sanitation of rooms between guests will be completed. We have adjusted our check-in and check-out times to allow for at least three days between guest visits to ensure time for extra cleaning.
Social distancing of at least six feet is required for guests not traveling together in all communal and meeting spaces.
Food and drink service will limit guest contact with utensils and serving items.
Guests will be required to sign a waiver upon check in acknowledging their understanding of the risks of contracting Co-Vid 19 even with safety precautions in place.
