Perhaps you have a deep yearning to live a more authentic creative life that enlivens your spirit. Together we will weave an individualized process for you to explore your inner wisdom, imagine a new way of being and grow a life that nourishes your body, mind and spirit.  Coaching and Spiritual Direction may include a variety of creative processes such as SoulCollage®, Journey Circles™, Dream work, Sacred Listening, Reiki, Mindfulness techniques and more to chart a path to a new way of living.  It may focus on making specific changes in your life, relationship or career or may be a time of personal spiritual exploration. 

$85 for 1 hour session  $115 for 90 minute session   

 When you are in the midst of significant life transition or have just been dealing with the stress of ordinary living, taking time to retreat can offer space to breathe and engage in restorative practice.  Together we will craft a private retreat at beautiful Stillwood Pond which will provide the time and space to retreat, relax, reflect and renew. Retreats can be planned for a half-day or full day and may include coaching and instruction in a variety of creative practices.
